Shot over several years, the film follows a couple (the director and his wife) in their numerous attempts and personal dilemmas during the process of artificial insemination. The film that deeply penetrates the innermost parts of human life wins hearts and leaves audience breathless with its bravery. Many strictly cinematic criteria lose their relevance when we hear the cry of the long-awaited, newly-born Eva. To quote critics: All about Eva is a documentary film that makes audience laugh, applaud and shed a tear or two.
