Factumoteka enriched by four titles

Over the past few decades, Factum production has worked hard and left behind about a hundred documentary films. A good number of them are available for viewing online, and in recent days our Factumoteka has been enriched by four titles.

Jesters Strike Again by Bruno Anković tells the story of Split's so-called redicule evening, which was briefly pulled out of the city's historical and political mothballs in the last years of the 20th century. Danko Volarić was not particularly interested in history, but in politics certainly was! His Life in Fresh Air shows that, when it comes to politics, even small towns become the scene of big games.

The enfant terrible of our documentary filmmaking, Nikola Strašek, has focused his camera on Vajt, one of the best and craziest skaters from this area. A true Zagreb urban legend has certainly never heard of the place Orubica. However, Domagoj Matizović and Igor Zelić have, who in their film Vastation depicted the issue of the white plague, or depopulation.

All four films will be permanently available for free viewing in the Faktumoteka, and their digitization and optimization for online viewing was financed by the City of Zagreb as part of the Digitization and Publishing of the Film Archive competition.
