Saša Podgorelec was born in Zagreb in 1967. In 1997 he graduated in Film and TV Directing from the Zagreb Academy of Dramatic Art. In 1995 he attended the Imaginary Academy in Grožnjan (Croatia) and Athens (Ohio, US). Since 1993 he has worked as a writer and director of video clips, commercials, short fiction films and documentaries. His films were shown on festivals in Zagreb, Pula, Tel Aviv, Munich, Bucharest, Rome, Berlin, Trieste and Sibiu.

BBB

The film depicts the Bad Blue Boys' fight in the 1990s to restore the old, traditional name of Zagreb's football club Dinamo. The conflict between the club's fans and the regime culminated on the city's central square, when the BBB's booed Croatian president Franjo Tuđman.
