Dražen Žarković
The writer and director of a series of documentary and live action films, the most famous being "Tressette" and "The Mysterious Boy".
In the mid 1990s, in an environment of rigid and state-controlled cinema, the Imaginary Academy represented a space of freedom of cinematic opinion and of film project development by the most talented young filmmakers from the entire region and Eastern Europe.
The film portrays the work of all of Imaginary Academy’s workshops – screenwriting, production, documentary, multimedia and acting – and features Lew Hunter, Igor Koršič, Charles Smith, Robert Nickson, Holger Kunkel, Gerald O’Hara, Draic Christian, Tom Erlewine, Branko Ivanda, Rajko Grlić, Paolo Magelli and Vjeran Zuppa.
